As the Social Media Project Coordinator and Manager for Wine of the Month Club, I led the brand’s social media efforts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, crafting and executing marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales. I managed both organic and paid campaigns, implementing promotional tactics for Google and Meta ads to maximize reach and return on investment.
I played a key role in content development, from conceptualizing creative assets to writing compelling copy and scheduling posts. By monitoring analytics and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), I provided detailed reports on social media performance, ROAS, SEO, and content consumption rates. Additionally, I developed and executed monthly email marketing strategies to nurture customer relationships and increase retention.
Beyond content creation and strategy, I handled influencer partnerships, drafting contracts and agreements to secure collaborations that expanded brand visibility and credibility in the wine industry.
